What is your payment policy? 

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the photoshoot. We accept payments via bank transfer via Revolute or PayPal.

What if I need to reschedule my photoshoot? 

We understand that unexpected things can happen, so we offer a one-time rescheduling option free of charge if you give us at least 48 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled photoshoot, a fee of 50% of the deposit will be required to secure your new booking.

How many photos will I receive? 

We don't limit the number of photos we take during your photo shoot, and we'll provide you with all the best shots. The exact number of photos will vary depending on the length of the shoot and the package you choose.

How long does a typical photography session take?

The length of a photography session can vary depending on the type of session or square meters of real estate being photographed. On average, a portrait session can last anywhere from 1 to 1 hour, while real estate photography depends on the package you purchase. Sailing photo shooting last for a whole week.

What types of payment do you accept?

I accept payment through various methods, including credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Revolute, and cash. Please note that payment is due at the time of the session or as agreed upon in the contract.

How long does it take to receive my photos? 

Turnaround time for edited photos varies depending on the package you choose and the amount of post-processing required. Typically, you can expect to receive your photos within one week after your session. However, if you purchase the video option, it takes a few days more.

Can I order prints or albums of my photos?

Yes, we offer a range of print and album options for you to choose from. You can view the different products and pricing on my website, or contact me directly to discuss your options.

Do you travel for photography sessions?

Yes, we are available for travel within Croatia and abroad. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and we can discuss these details when booking your session.
